Product Information:

Apoptotic cells의 가장 쉽게 측정할 수 있는 특징 중 하나는 cellular nucleases에 의한 게놈 DNA의 분해입니다. Terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase dUTP nick end labeling (TUNEL)은 세포 사멸 중에 생성된 이중 가닥 DNA 단절의 3′-hydroxyl termini에 라벨을 부착하여 DNA 단편화를 검출하는 방법입니다. TUNEL assay은 fluorescein으로 표지된 dUTP의 추가를 촉매하는 효소인 TdT로 식별할 수 있는 DNA의 nicks의 존재에 의존합니다.
